Privacy Policy

Effective date: September 17, 2026 · Last updated: September 17, 2026

This policy explains what 13 Strategies LLC (“13 Strategies,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use 13strategies.com, how we use it, and the choices you have — including rights available to California residents.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly: when you submit the contact form (name, email address, company or brand name, budget range, and the contents of your message). We also collect limited information automatically when you visit the site: our website platform, Squarespace, and its analytics collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and referring URLs, using cookies and similar technologies. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this site, and we do not use the site to collect information from children under 13.

2. How we use it

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and brand decks, deliver our services, and run and improve the website. We use analytics data to understand how the site is used and to keep it working properly. We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We share information only with service providers that run this site and our business — such as Squarespace (website hosting and forms) — who may process it only to provide those services; and when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

4. Cookies and “Do Not Track”

This site uses cookies for basic functionality and analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. Like most websites, this site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

5. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, to request a copy of it, to ask us to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. To make a request, email us at io@13strategies.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We will verify your request using the email address associated with your information and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

6. Data retention and security

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to serve you and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We rely on reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

7. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new “last updated” date. Material changes will be noted conspicuously on this page.
